Hot bath tips
- Do not exceed 15-20 minutes soaking in bath, and take a 5 minute break every 10minutes. Do not let water level exceed your heart. Control bath time carefully for those with high blood pressure or heart attack.
- For best skin activation results, keep water temperature around 38℃ ~ 42℃. Over heated water causes skin dehydration.
